Yes you can if you have purchased an in-stock item and it is at full price. All final sales are final - we do not accept returns or exhanges.  Please see our full returns procedure here.

We accept all major Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards. We also accept payment through Paypal and via a bank transfer. You can select your preferred payment method at the checkout.

For your convenience our shop has an option to display prices in various currencies (top-right corner next to the cart symbol), however all payments are processed in GBP. The exchange rate is constantly updated every day and is linked to http://www.xe.com (one of the most popular and reliable online exchange rate sources in the world). Please see the exchange rate as a guide since your own bank rates may vary.

The length of time Po-Zus take to mould to your foot shape depends on how often you wear them. Po-Zus are comfy from the moment you put them on, but you should notice them becoming sumptuously snuggly in about a week.

As we avoid using ecologically harmful substances such as waterproof membranes that contain Fluorochemicals, none of our products are entirely waterproof. For this reason we do not advise any of our shoes or boots for use in extreme weather such as heavy rain or snow.

Our winter leathers are slightly oiled, and can be protected further by using a natural shoe cream on top. The suede and tweed we use is finished with an eco-friendly water-repellant spray. These materials will provide some level of water resistance but are not waterproof.

The eco-microfibre we use is not water repellent, however, you may apply a water repellent spray if you wish.

Are all Po-Zu shoes equally comfortable?

Our Foot Pillow come in two different thicknesses, 12mm and 6mm, so depending on which style you choose, there will be a different level of comfort; the thicker, the more comfortable! However, it’s worth noting that the 6mm mattress is removable and can therefore be more easily ‘refreshed’ and replaced when it is well worn. The thickness specification can be found on each product page under ‘Foot Pillow’ on the ‘Materials’ tab.

Regrettably not because they are made to order individually, which entail a lengthier and costlier production process. Please note that our customised platform does not accept gift vouchers either.

Po-Zus are designed to be very durable. Exactly how long they last depends on the wearer, but we’d expect them to become your favourite shoes for years to come. For added peace of mind all our shoes come with a 12-month warranty.

Unfortunately, we do not offer this service.

If they are still in good condition, the best way to recycle your shoes is to give them to a local charity shop, or you could get in touch with The European Recycling Company to find your nearest collection point.

As with all naturally sourced materials, slight variations can occur in colour and texture. We match our shoes very carefully before we send them out to you, however if its not love at first sight, you can send them back to us in accordance with our returns procedure.
