National customs policies vary, so for some destinations there may be additional import charges to pay. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and the recipient of the parcel must pay these charges. Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we recommend contacting your local customs office to verify current charges before you place an order. Please note that we are not liable for charges levied or for the delay of items held at customs.

We ship worldwide. If your item is in stock it will normally be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Parcels are delivered Monday to Friday.

If you place an order for an in-stock item together with a pre-order item, your in-stock item will be held and delivered along with the pre-order item only once it becomes available.

If you would like your order to be split and for the in-stock item to be shipped first, then please place two separate orders.
