charity donations

As an eco-friendly brand that produces goods, we try to operate in the most sustainable way possible, but we still have some impact on the environment. We therefore feel obliged to balance our act by donating to environmental charities, which are without a doubt the real super heroes that protect our fragile ecosystem.

For every order placed on this website, Po-Zu will donate 3% from to total amount to a charity, and we would like you to help us choose where the money goes.

We have teamed up with the following charities that will be listed during the checkout process, and whichever charity you select; we will donate to. This does not cost you anything; we make the donation on your behalf!

The World Land Trust (WLT) is a UK registered conservation charity whose mission is to conserve biodiversity by preserving the some of world’s most biologically important and threatened habitats. Since its foundation in 1989 WLT has helped to purchase and protect over 400,000 acres of tropical forests and other critically threatened habitats for their wildlife. WLT’s operating philosophy is to always work in partnership with local, in-country conservation organisations, which own the land and manage them as strictly protected nature reserves. WLT’s urgent land purchase projects in 2010 are saving tropical forests in Argentina, Brazil, Ecuador and Borneo, grasslands in Kenya, wetlands in Paraguay and elephant corridors in India. WLT’s patrons are Sir David Attenborough OM CH FRS and David Gower OBE who both actively support the Trust’s work.

EJF makes a direct link between the need for environmental security and the defence of basic human rights. EJF empowers those people who suffer most from environmental abuses to find peaceful ways of preventing them. Our organisation is all about helping people to help themselves, providing training, equipment and support to grassroots activists in some of the world’s poorest countries, and working with them to ensure their message is heard both nationally and internationally.

There are as many as three million poisonings and 20,000 deaths each year from pesticide incidents. Pesticide Action Network UK works to eliminate the dangers of toxic pesticides, our exposure to them and their presence in the environment where we live and work. PAN UK works closely with partners in developing countries, where pesticide problems are sometimes far worse, to help farmers get off the pesticide treadmill and adopt sustainable and profitable farming practices. In the UK, they provide support to those suffering from pesticide exposure and work with farmers, retailers and government to reduce pesticide use.
